Job Description

Overview

This position provides leadership planning and coordination to develop and maintain Everett Community Colleges campus operations in the areas of facilities and grounds custodial sustainability risk management and insurance food service bookstore auxiliary services student housing development campus safety and emergency management (CSEM) property acquisition and sustainability and in optimal support of the College mission and goals.


TITLE: Associate Vice President of Campus Operations

SALARY:$115000$120000/year

Facilities and Grounds

Custodial Services

Provide oversight to the Custodial Services department to ensure:

Sustainability

Provide oversight to the Sustainability office to ensure:

Auxiliary Services

Provide oversight to the Auxiliary Services department to ensure:

College Services

Provide oversight to the College Services division to ensure:

Campus Safety and Emergency Management

Provide supervision of the Director of Campus Safety and Emergency Management to ensure:

Executive Leadership Responsibilities
