This position provides leadership planning and coordination to develop and maintain Everett Community Colleges campus operations in the areas of facilities and grounds custodial sustainability risk management and insurance food service bookstore auxiliary services student housing development campus safety and emergency management (CSEM) property acquisition and sustainability and in optimal support of the College mission and goals.
