Marketing Lead Demand Generation Events & Content Marketing

Location: New York City

As we continue our rapid growth trajectory were looking for a strategic handson marketing leader to help shape the future of how diligence is done.

About the Role

We are seeking a Marketing Lead with deep expertise in demand generation events and content marketing to drive pipeline and brand visibility. You will own endtoend strategy and of marketing initiatives that generate highquality leads deepen client engagement and support revenue goals.

This role requires both strategic thinking and tactical . Youll collaborate across sales partnerships and product teams to ensure cohesive messaging and consistent delivery of impactful campaigns. Youll be accountable for campaign performance pipeline contribution and event success metrics.

What Youll Own & Drive

Demand Generation & Campaigns

  • Own the strategy planning and of integrated campaigns across email digital and event channels to drive qualified pipeline
  • Manage HubSpot for endtoend campaign workflows segmentation lead scoring and reporting
  • Create and optimize landing pages CTAs and campaign assets that drive engagement and conversions
  • Report on performance metrics (MQLs SQLs pipeline attribution) and continuously optimize based on data insights
  • Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing efforts align with business development goals

Content Marketing

  • Develop and manage a personadriven content strategy that supports every stage of the buyer journey
  • Write and edit compelling content including blogs newsletters case studies guides and whitepapers
  • Maintain the editorial calendar and oversee content contributions from internal stakeholders and external partners
  • Amplify content through email campaigns social media and thirdparty syndication channels
  • Repurpose research insights webinars product updates and events into engaging thought leadership content

Events & Conferences

  • Own event strategy including planning and of industry conferences client roundtables webinars and partner events
  • Lead endtoend event logistics including booth experience speaker coordination promotional materials and lead capture
  • Build pre and postevent campaigns to maximize engagement and ROI
  • Partner with sales for onsite support and followup workflows to convert leads into opportunities

Sales Enablement & CrossFunctional Collaboration

  • Deliver sales enablement tools including pitch decks battle cards product onepagers and messaging frameworks
  • Work closely with sales and partnerships teams to align on messaging ICP personas and campaign timing
  • Partner with product marketing to translate technical features into clientcentric benefits
  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure marketing efforts are wellcoordinated and aligned with business goals

What You Bring

  • 57 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS fintech or investment management (or a related industry such as research data or analytics providers)
  • Demonstrated success in demand generation event marketing and content creation
  • Handson experience with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation tools) and CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
  • Outstanding writing and storytelling skills with a sharp eye for messaging and tone
  • Proven ability to manage multichannel marketing campaigns with strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Skilled in event strategy logistics and postevent engagement workflows
  • Selfstarter with excellent project management skills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
  • Strong sense of ownership accountability and ability to drive initiatives from concept to
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field

Bonus Points For

  • Knowledge of institutional asset management (asset managers private equity hedge funds)
  • Experience with Wordpress Canva or Figma for light design and web updates
  • SEO and content syndication experience to increase organic reach and authority
  • Webinar production and virtual event management skills
  • Have learned and deployed LLM applications in marketing playbook

Salary range: 95k 125k base incentives and equity options
