About the Position
Do you have several large complex aviation projects under your belt and are passionate about driving quality and establishing strong governance frameworks Were seeking a Senior Quality Manager to help shape the future of our clients Program Management Office (PMO) by developing and implementing a comprehensive Program Quality Management framework. In this role youll leverage your deep understanding of aviation operations to establish and enforce industryleading quality standards and ensure seamless program . This is a longterm fulltime onsite position located in Denver CO.
Responsibilities
- Develop implement and oversee quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with aviation industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to established quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Establish and maintain governance structures to ensure accountability transparency and alignment with organizational goals.
- Monitor compliance with internal policies industry regulations and contractual obligations.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders including regulatory bodies to ensure seamless program .
- Provide expertise in program planning and monitoring to ensure successful delivery of aviation projects.
- Support the integration of quality practices into program management processes.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior leadership summarizing program performance and compliance metrics.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 10 years experience in quality management in architecture engineering or construction industries.
- Experience working on program management teams for large complex infrastructure designbuild programs while implementing a QMS quality standards/processes
- Experience managing large programs (e.g. $500M) utilizing quality thinking in the highways/roads/bridges transit rail or aviation sectors.
- Experience working with aviation industry standards and regulations.
- Proven experience coordinating a project management team and providing appropriate levels of support coaching and influence.
- Experience with and/or training in ISO 9001
- Proficient with Microsoft Office 365/Suite (e.g. Outlook Teams Word Excel PowerPoint etc.
Preferred Qualifications
- Masters degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A current certification in Quality Management from the American Society for Quality (ASQ) or a certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor as recognized by the ANSIASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB).
- Experience with industry standard project and construction management software (e.g. Primavera P6 TILOS MS Project Bluebeam RSMeans etc.
Compensation Details
The salary range listed for this role is $124k$200k/yr $60$96/hr.. The final salary offered is based on multiple factors and is thoughtfully aligned with each candidates level of experience breadth of skills total education achieved certifications/licenses that have been obtained etc.
