Inviting applications for the role of Vice President Manufacturing Advisory Leader

As the Advisory Leader for Manufacturing you will be responsible for growing the Manufacturing industry advisory practice and enabling strategic growth across Genpact. This role reports into the Global Advisory Leader and is considered a part of the Manufacturing leadership team. This is a highly senior role requiring deep industry expertise a forwardthinking mindset experience in finance and supply chain sectors and a deep understanding of advanced technology solutions.

Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership and Vision

o Define and lead the global strategy for the insert vertical advisory practice ensuring alignment with the overall Genpact strategy and that of the given Industry Unit (P&L) Leader

o Lead the development of industry relevant service offerings which can be scaled ensuring innovation and adaptability to client and market demands.

o Shape longterm business strategies focusing on market trends emerging technologies and client needs to ensure competitiveness and future growth.

o Develop end to end value chain view for the industry that communicates how Genpact can bring value to clients

Business Growth and Expansion

o Drive business development initiatives by identifying new markets services and clients to grow the advisory business.

o Building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunities tracking leads and ensuring that potential projects are followed through to successful engagement.

o Deliver bookings and revenue growth to target via conversion of pipeline opportunities

o Collaborate with regional and global leadership to expand service offerings and enter new markets.

o Identify opportunities for expanding Genpact services to drive business value across client engagement.

o Develop gotomarket strategies and execute plans to grow the firms presence across diverse industries and geographies.

Client Engagement and Relationship Management

o Build and nurture trusted advisory relationships with Csuite executives and senior leaders in key client organizations.

o Establish strong relationships in key & prospective clients to understand their priorities and the state of their business; use that knowledge to provide strategic recommendations that enable the overall success of their business.

o Act as the primary point of contact for highvalue global clients ensuring delivery excellence and client satisfaction.

o Provide strategic counsel on business transformation leveraging domain and advanced technology expertise and emerging trends to solve critical business challenges.

Thought Leadership and Industry Influence

o Serve as an industry thought leader representing the organization at global forums conferences and industry events.

o Publish insights and lead discussions on cuttingedge topics such as AI technology data strategy and digital transformation.

o Foster a culture of innovation encouraging the development of forwardthinking solutions that position the firm as a leader in advisory services.

o Keep teams and services apprised of relevant insert vertical trends and opportunities that can add value to our clients and accelerate our growth.

Operational Excellence and Project Oversight

o Operate with a practitioner mindset overseeing the delivery of largescale complex advisory projects ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and client expectations.

o Ensure operational efficiency by driving common advisory methodologies and frameworks developing and driving best practices and maintaining high standards of project delivery.

o Drive resource efficiency and gross margin through the optimization of resource utilization

Crossfunctional and Global Collaboration

o Work closely with global teams across various business units (e.g. finance supply chain technology) to deliver integrated solutions to clients.

o Promote crossborder collaboration leveraging global talent and capabilities to solve complex multinational client problems.

o Ensure seamless integration of services balancing advisory services with technology data and industry expertise.

o Collaborate with senior executives and board members to influence global decisionmaking share insights and help shape overall company strategy.

o Act as a key advisor to the executive team on the latest trends in advanced technology and other emerging areas impacting business.

Team Leadership and Talent Development

o Responsible for the full end to end lifecycle of entire team including hiring onboarding assessing and evaluating performance and exiting team members.

o Provide leadership to the team through coaching mentoring and development of staff.

o Consult with leadership and HR on sensitive and difficult employee situations and issues.

o Build meaningful relationships and community within the team.

o Ensure new staff are trained in an efficient and effective way.

Qualifications we seek in you!

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors or Masters degree / MBA in one of the following disciplines: business finance supply chain accounting analytics engineering technology GenAI or data management ; MBA preferred

Extensive track record in a leadership position within a consulting or advisory organization driving transformation for large organizations

Demonstrable expertise in relevant industry and applicable domains finance and supply chain

Thorough understanding of advanced technology and analytical trends including AI machine learning cloud computing and enterprise technology systems

Strong leadership visionsetting and strategic thinking skills. Proven ability to guide highlevel strategy across complex global environments

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence Csuite executives and senior stakeholders

Creative and forwardthinking in delivering technology solutions to business problems.

Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and business units integrating various disciplines to deliver holistic client solutions

Proven experience managing global crossfunctional teams and delivering solutions across multiple geographies

Demonstrated success in growing a business unit service line or practice through innovation client relationships and market understanding

Experience with effectively influencing Clevel customers and internal stakeholders.

Excellent problem solver hyper logical and goaloriented thinker

Excellent presentation skills in person & virtually

Able to create & maintain relationships easily.

Ability to thrive in ambiguity.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

Masters/MBA in the either of the following disciplines: business finance supply chain accounting analytics engineering.

Wellconnected in the market to generate new leaders for the business.

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $200000 to $250000. The actual offer reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicants experience knowledge skills and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity
