About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and handson Head of DevEx & DevOps to lead our infrastructure and platform engineering efforts across multiple cloud environments (Azure AWS GCP). This role is critical in ensuring high availability security scalability and efficiency of our infrastructure platforms while simultaneously championing bestinclass developer experience across the organization.
This role is also key to driving strategic decisions around internal platform investments vs. external services balancing the flexibility of agnostic infrastructure with the efficiency of managed services. As part of the broader technology leadership team the Head of DevEx & DevOps will influence our cloud strategy vendor management approach and developer platform roadmapensuring we achieve maximum leverage from shared capabilities and minimal cognitive load for product teams.
Youll lead a team of talented DevOps and Platform Engineers aligning efforts through a centralized DevOps chapter and will play a pivotal role in shaping how infrastructure and tooling empower product teams to deliver faster safer and more reliably.
