We are looking to appoint a talented and highly motivated leader to lead this successful and committed department. As a member of our Performing Arts faculty you will be instrumental in developing the music drama and PEcurriculum so that it reflects the aspirations and diversity of our community as well as inspiring students through your classroom practice. Committed to bringing out the gift in every student you will continue to develop our extracurricular provision including our nationally renowned steel pan band choirs and orchestra. External candidates must be able to teach and lead in Music up to KS4.
You would be joining an innovative and vibrant team. Keen to build upon our existing examination successes you will have a bold and ambitious vision of what our students can achieve. Your excellent subject knowledge and innovative classroom practice will help to inspire our students with your own love of learning. You will be committed to leading developing and maintaining high standards of teaching and learning at Key Stages 3 and 4 and will enjoy the challenge of ensuring that all pupils achieve their full potential.
