Job Description

We are now looking for an accountable Head of Supply Chain Development to join our Packaging Materials divisions Digitalisation organisation. This role is ideally based in one of our customer service locations and reports to Vice President Business IT and Digitalisation (Dsseldorf Warsaw Helsinki). The role holder will be part of the PM Digitalisation leadership team. In this role you will collaborate closely with Packaging Business Units supply chain organisations defining the process and tool development needs to support business in improving efficiency and consistency of service. You lead a team of competent supply chain specialists responsible for the ecosystem end to end development (Fenix Salesforce Celonis etc). The teams service scope includes End User Support Process Management and Process and Tool Efficiency.

In this key role your main responsibility is to

  • Lead the Supply Chain Development team through clear and aligned targets andpriorities. Manage team in scope of operational agility backups development appraisals etc.
  • Manage development in agile framework for Order Fulfilment process and provide training to enhance knowhow for daily operations.
  • Own quality assurance testing practices for operative systems in order fulfilment (e.g. Fenix Salesforce Celonis). This is to share discoveries solution proposals and best practices across teams to reduce test efforts and shorten throughput time.
  • Promote highperformance culture and engagement with stakeholders. Address any issues that arise promptly and proactively seek ways to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Stay informed about stakeholder needs understand their priorities and limits.
  • Maintain service descriptions to accommodate common needs of business stakeholders
  • Ensure resources with the right competencies to manage the execution of services to meet the expectations of stakeholders.
