The company is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Call Center Representative to join their growing team.
Compensation
- $18.00 $20.00/hr.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience working in a call center environment
- Excellent customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Strong problemsolving and conflictresolution abilities.
- Proficient in using computer systems including Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays if required.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls emails and chats from customers promptly and courteously.
- Provide accurate information about products services and policies.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to address customer needs.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge company updates and industry trends.#LIMW1
