What we are looking for
We are looking for a Prompt Engineer to join our growing Product & Tech team. In this role you will be responsible for designing and optimizing interactions with generative AI tools to support data extraction automation and insight generation. Youll collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate LLMs into scalable processes enabling better decisionmaking and operational efficiency.
Main responsibilities
To build and scale effective use of AI tools is crucial for our longterm data strategy. You will help define and implement prompt engineering standards making AI a productive collaborator across departments.
Understand internal stakeholders needs related to AI and data usage and translate them into effective prompt strategies.
Design test and optimize prompts for LLMs (e.g. ChatGPT Gemini).
Develop reusable prompt chains and templates that standardize interactions with AI.
Monitor prompt performance and iterate based on output quality and user feedback.
Collaborate with data professionals to integrate LLMs into reporting analysis and automation pipelines.
Stay up to date on best practices and advancements in the prompt engineering space.
Promote ethical use and governance of generative AI internally.
What are we looking for
Strong understanding of how LLMs work and experience using tools like ChatGPT Claude or Gemini.
Basic programming skills (Python preferred) and understanding of API usage.
Analytical mindset and ability to assess model responses critically.
Excellent written communication in English; ability to write clear effective prompts.
A proactive and experimental mindset willing to test and iterate rapidly.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and handle ownership of tasks.
Strong collaboration skills with both technical and nontechnical teams.
Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques such as fewshot prompting zeroshot and CoT is a plus.
