DISHER is currently partnering with a global leader in endtoend service supply chain solutions on their search for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner. This role is pivotal for supporting a highperforming warehouse and distribution operation in Columbus Ohio. In this role you will drive HR strategy champion employee engagement and ensure smooth payroll and compliance processes to support business growth.

What you will get to do:
Serve as the onsite HR leader partnering with managers and employees to implement HR strategies and foster a positive workplace.
Lead and coach team members providing guidance on HR policies employment law and employee relations.
Oversee payroll processing and reporting on a biweekly basis ensuring accuracy and compliance (UKG experience is a plus).
Manage the full employee lifecycle including onboarding talent acquisition compensation training and records management.
Support compliance with federal state and local employment laws as well as ISO and OSHA standards.
Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations issues disciplinary actions and leave administration.
Prepare and analyze HR reports and data trends to inform business decisions.
Act as the point person for 401k vendor relationships and support benefits administration.
Engage employees at all levels through activities meetings and special events.
What will make you successful:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with a background in warehousing distribution or manufacturing.
Experience handling payroll; familiarity with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) is a plus.
Strong understanding of HR policies employment law and compliance requirements.
Ability to work onsite 4 days per week and support a twoshift operation.
Excellent communication coaching and conflict resolution skills.
SHRM or HRCI certification preferred.
Must have the current and continuing right to work in the United States of America without restrictions or expirations.
