Summary


Are you a dedicated Customer Service Professional Do you enjoy helping customers providing assistance and following through on their questions and needs If so we want to hear from you! We are currently hiring for the position of Customer Service Specialist II within the Roads Maintenance Sections 24/7 Front Desk. This is an oncall position perfect for students and retirees who are seeking flexible meaningful work where they can make a real difference in their community. This position involves dialog with the customer to obtain needed information clarify what is desired and/or determine how service can best be rendered. Successful applicants will be able to demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service and desire to solve problems and will be able to maintain composure and focus in a busy and sometimes hectic work environment.

Job Duties

INTERVIEW SCHEDULE:

Those applicants who pass initial screening will be invited to participate in a 15minute phone interview the week of 05/19/25.

If you are selected to move forward after the phone interview you will be invited for a 40minute virtual/inperson interview the week of 05/26/25.

WORK SCHEDULE:

Temporary oncall position Can work any day of the week and shift as needed

This position is NonExempt from the provisions of the Fair Labor Standard Act and is eligible for overtime pay with prior supervisor approval.
