As a Clinical Trial Coordinator at the Peter Doherty Institute for Infection and Immunity youll be at the forefront of infectious disease research. Youll provide crucial administrative and management support for investigatorled clinical studies across a range of projects and sites. This newly created position offers you the chance to work with leading researchers promote a culture of excellence and contribute to studies that could shape the future of global health.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Support Research Teams: Provide project coordination and administrative support across various clinical trials.
• Manage Documentation: Prepare and maintain study protocols operational and regulatory documents for clinical research.
• Assist with Trial Logistics: Support budget and contract administration for research projects.
• Contribute to Participant Recruitment: Assist with screening and enrolment at partner clinical trial sites.
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the implementation of quality assurance standards and best practices.

You may be a great fit if:
You have a strong background in clinical trial coordination with excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) principles and regulatory requirements.

You may also:

• Hold a tertiary qualification in Health Life Sciences or a related field.
• Have at least 3 years experience in clinical trial coordination or an equivalent role.
• Demonstrate experience in budget and contract management for clinical trials.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Have a good working knowledge of medical and laboratory terminology.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 and Clinical Trial Management Systems (CTMS).
• Hold current GCP accreditation.
