YOUR MISSION
- Onboard new partners on our platform by providing them with all the necessary tools and information to start working
- Establishing relationships with new clients and maintaining and nurturing business relationships with existing clients to deliver the highest level of commercial and customer service to our partners
- Gather all the insights from our partners to create an amazing experience for them and our customers tackle problems to raise the bar
- Drive deals to closure in a new business environment
- Optimize Glovo visibility through marketing actions with our partners (using marketing kits merchandising etc)
- Improve Glovos revenue through commission renegotiation and selling assets plans
- Understand build action plans and follow up on churned and inactive partners
- Improve operational efficiency of our partners by making sure we always deliver the best service to our customers
- Meet monthly and quarterly objectives defined by the company. Forecast and track key account metrics
- Actively collaborate with your colleagues and learn from each other in a supportive environment that allows you to grow develop and make a difference.
YOUR MISSION: You will be responsible for building managing and growing relationships with top restaurant partners acting as a trusted consultant to drive their success. Youll use datadriven insights industry knowledge and crossfunctional collaboration with other teams to optimize partnerships and maximize business impact.
THE RIDE:
- Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with restaurant Partners through consistent and proactive communication.
- Understand Partners business goals and challenges to provide strategic guidance and support.
- Manipulate and analyse data to drive operational excellence growth and profitability both for your Partners and for Glovo.
- Drive rapid revenue growth through smart promotions highimpact marketing activations and menu optimization.
- Take ownership of partner revenue performance driving measurable growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement customised solutions to meet Partners needs including Marketing Operations Finance and Customer Service.
Take full ownership of the partner onboarding process in the App from store setup to supporting their first days on Glovo with a focus on operations marketing and sales.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE RIDE:
- 2 years of experience in highperformance account management or business consultancy. Preferably in FMCG foodhospitality or ondemand delivery industry.
- Bachelor in Business Administration Marketing Industrial Engineering or is a plus.
- Youre motivated by pursuing ambitious goals with timely and a proven track record of exceeding KPIs is a definite advantage
- Problem solver datadriven with an analytical approach based on details.
- You are a highly organized proactive individual with strong time management and prioritization skills eager to engage in both strategic planning and handson to drive results.
- Good knowledge of internal tools such as Google suite. Salesforce is a plus.
Native level of Tunisianis required as proficiency in English.
Skills:
- Excellent communicator in both French and English.
- Strong commercial acumen with a problemsolving datadriven mindset.
- Organized detailoriented and skilled in project management.
- Empathetic curious and an inclusive team player.
Tech & Industry Knowledge:
- Proficient with productivity tools like Office 365 and Salesforce.
- Experience in fastgrowing digital startups is a plus!
