Job Description
This position will develop manage and deliver detailed regulatory compliance plans. The candidate will work closely with tech teams operations supply chain category legal and policy teams. This position will drive multiple projects simultaneously defining timelines and communicating on status risks and process changes. A successful candidate will thrive and deliver results in an ambiguous highly regulated fastpaced dynamic business environment operating in all levels of the organization. Candidate should be comfortable with a degree of ambiguity and pace that is higher than most projects and relish the idea of solving hard problems.

6 years of compliance audit or risk management experience
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
Bachelors degree or equivalent
Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
Masters degree or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on jobrelated knowledge skills and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered equity signon payments and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits.
