About us
Job Purpose
To oversee the governance of processes methodologies and tools that support the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to closure and benefit realisation. This is achieved by leveraging the range of resources and experience across the full IS function whilst influencing key stakeholders to achieve successful delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Perform the roadmap development planning analysis design enhancements major deployments upgrades support monitoring troubleshooting and user/rolebased security maintenance for project management systems.
- Provide functional support and guidance on project management process design and software implementation best practices.
- Configure and maintain multiple project database and dashboards for progress tracking and role allocation.
- Configure and maintain project web app settings to ensure consistency across project planning and implementation involving workflow and task management control.
- Develop maintain and support custom solutions including templates workflows views reports dashboards calendars and schedules to standardise project tools.
- Understand implement and manage user security model for project dashboards using the security templates groups and the resource breakdown structure.
- Create custom reports using operations operating budget reporting capabilities.
Supervisory/Interpersonal Experience Required
- Excellent communication and customerfacing skills.
- Ability to work with and gain alignment on strategy and product direction with senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent MS certification(s) and experience
- PMIPMP PRINCE2 Agile scrum master certifications desired but not required
- Experience implementing administering and customising Microsoft project server or Microsoft project online Microsoft VSTS and agile project management tools providing general user support and training for the PMO PMs program managers resource managers and project team members
