Labcorp is seeking for a IT Service Technician to do the following:
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data Communications Network Maintenance
- Provide ongoing support for the Data Communications Network ensuring its optimal functionality.
- Install cables and troubleshoot network-related issues.
- Regional Systems Support:
- Address internal and external system needs across the New England Territory including branches labs PSCs and clients.
- System Expertise:
- Manage various systems such as Link Touch SIS CoPath LCLS LMS Orchard LIS Soft Lab and PSC LCM.
- Client Training: Train clients in the use of Link and other relevant systems.
- Conduct training on ordering lab tests in select ambulatory EMRs.
- Implementation Support: Assist clients during the implementation of interfaces and provide post-live support.
- Employee IT Support: Support employees with hardware (desktop laptop etc.) and various software needs.
- Lab Systems and Infrastructure: Provide support for lab systems and contribute to infrastructure maintenance.
- Telecommunications: Oversee and support telecommunications systems.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent but prefer an Associates Degree in Computer Science or Computer Networking
- 3 experience of relevant hands-on IT experience in lieu of a degree

Pay Range: $35000 - $70000
All job offers will bebased on a candidates skills and prior relevant experience applicabledegrees/certificationsas well as internal equity and market data.
