Job Description
Deputy Manager High volume Development opportunities 44k OTE is made up of 34k plus service charge.
Were looking for a Deputy Manager to join the team at the Crown & Anchor on Dell Quay near Chichester.
As a premium foodled pub we pride ourselves on delivering warm genuine hospitality and toptier service that matches our fresh seasonal menus. Whether its local produce from nearby farms or seafood landed daily just down the quay everything we do is rooted in quality and community.
Youll be supporting the General Manager in all aspects of daytoday operations from leading service on the floor and maintaining exceptional standards to training and motivating the team. With a handson approach youll help create memorable guest experiences and ensure every visit to the Crown & Anchor feels special.
Youll work alongside a passionate and talented team including our awardwinning Head Chef Phyl marketing pub of the year plus many local awards. Most recently been nominated in the Pub and bar awards 2025 this is a pub thats both a local favourite and a destination for food lovers. We are looking for a motivated &experienced Deputy Manager to join and lead our team in our stylish foodfocused pub. As the successful Assistant Manager you will have a genuinepassion for exceptional customer service and a proactive approach to teammanagement. You will be enthusiastic & driven to continue the success ofour pub and play a pivotal part in training our team to ensure they have the knowledge needed to delightour customers. You will also be someonewho is committed to their career in hospitality and we can offer ongoing development to support you as yougrow and succeed with us.
