We are excited to launch the search for passionate enthusiastic Graduate Executives to join Savanta.
Savanta is a data market research and advisory company with teams in the UK Americas and EMEA. Working with highprofile organizations and some of the worlds bestknown brands we Inform & Inspire our clients to Make Better Decisions through powerful data empowering technology and highimpact consulting.

About the Role:
We work with some of the worlds bestknown brands including Sainsburys Heathrow Samsung Toyota NatWest Group Sky and Gousto. We also have a number of clients in the Public & 3rd Sector (such as DCMS Samaritans Sport England The British Red Cross and Citizens Advice) where we inform policy decision making and communication strategies to deepen the understanding of target audiences.
As a Graduate Executive at Savanta youll receive firstclass mentorship and training on a breadth of research methodologies techniques and systems whilst getting handson experience and learning on the job.
After an induction process in which youll learn all you need to know about the work we do and how we do it youll get to support our project teams day to day activity.
Youll become an active part of client teams responsible for ensuring the smooth running of projects from start to finish. These are handson roles designed to give you the practical experience to build your confidence and enable you to produce high quality work that informs and inspires our clients while developing your career at pace.
At Savanta we integrate traditional quantitative and qualitative research methodologies with advanced neuroscience behavioural science and AI techniques. Our approach ensures you benefit from the best of both worlds.

About You:

Our Executive roles are ideally suited to Graduates who have a genuine interest in the Market Research & Insights sector and the ability to learn in a fastpaced agency environment.
As well as the enthusiasm to handle practical work and the confidence to ask questions or make suggestions on improvements applicants should possess:
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Education to Degree level or equivalent
- Good organisational and timemanagement skills
- Strong numeracy skills (minimum grade B/6 at GCSE or equivalent)
- Ability to work well in teams and with a broad range of people

For shortlisted candidates one to one telephone interviews will take place from Monday 2nd June through to Thursday 12th June.
Those successful at the telephone interview will then be invited to a Group Assessment Day on Monday 30th June which will be held in our offices on Great Portland Street.
