Job Overview:
The Technical Services Assistant PAPAS / Specifications will be responsible for the creation and maintenance of the Product and Packaging Appearance Standards document (PAPAS) incl. new and existing products. Additionally the incumbent will also be responsible for monitoring product data for product and process specifications for Frozen and Cookie and Structure Kits Business. A selfdriven and motivated individual who enjoys making an impact in a fastmoving environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating PAPAS based on PAPAS creation guidelines.
- Serves as a point of contact for PAPAS and related information.
- Works with Marketing & Product Development team members to ensure product meets critical to quality standards.
- Records accurate information related to product and packaging.
- Maintains tracker for activity.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to request products from plants / warehouse.
- Update documents including SOPs to reflect changes.
- Work and communicate with cross functional teams including Production Quality Assurance Marketing.
The Recipe for Success:
- College or University degree
- Understanding of GMP HACCP GFSI (BRC SQF) and Food Allergens
- Problem solving and decisionmaking skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Word Excel Power Point and Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize task delegate and follow up
- Ability to lead work independently and in a team environment
- Good English language skills written and spoken
- Comfortable to be in the plant on the floor as well working on a laptop
- Detail focused and driven to take full ownership of the document accuracy process
- Mobile able to commute between facilities Must have a vehicle
- Camera light photo editing work
