The Firstgeneration and Multicultural (FaM) Project Manager will provide support in major aspects of the program related to direct student support recruitment retention efforts employer relations alumni relations and more. In collaboration with the FaM Director FaM Program Manager the Administrative Associate Dean of Student Success and other Student Success Directors this position will provide engaging impactful and equitycentered student support services to enhance student engagement and degree completion.
Additionally this position will develop and promote outreach and engagement activities for prospective FaM students and FaM alumni through inperson remote and social media outlets while networking and collaborating with internal and external constituents including FaM students families prospective students alumni faculty staff and industry partners.

Qualifications you must already possess (Minimum Qualifications)
Substitution: A combination of education and related technical/paraprofessional experience may be substituted for the bachelors degree on a year for year basis.

Conditions of Employment
Occasional work during the evening and/or weekends may be required. This position follows a hybrid work structure where employees can work remotely or from the office as needed based on demands of specific tasks or personal work preferences. Working from the office is encouraged when working on tasks that require a high degree of collaboration.

Compensation and Benefits
The salary range or hiring range for this position has been established at $64730 $67960.
The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity experience education specialty and training.
The above salary range or hiring range represents the Universitys good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting.
This position is not eligible for overtime compensation.
