Job Description

Essential Qualifications

- Science or engineering degree (an advanced degree is preferred) in a water resourcerelated discipline
- Experience conducting technical reviews of developmental projects to identify impacts to water preferably in a northern environment
- Experience preparing reports and making presentations to inform a nontechnical audience.
- Experience with the procurement of contractors and contract management
- Membership with a professional association or eligible for registration with Engineers Yukon (EY) as a Professional Engineer is not required but will be considered an asset.
Candidates who have education training and/or experience equivalent to the essential qualifications listed above may be equally considered.

Additional information
Conditions of employment: valid Yukon Class 5 drivers license.
Job requirements: travel within Yukon.
