Job Description
Theology Teacher 2526 School Year
Location: Regina High School Warren MI 48088
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified and passionate Theology Teacher to join us at Regina High School for the 2526 school year. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Catholic theology and be able to effectively communicate complex theological concepts to high school students in grades 912.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the schools curriculum and educational standards
- Teach courses in Catholic theology to high school students
- Assess and evaluate student progress and provide feedback to students and parents
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment
- Participate in school events and activities including parentteacher conferences and extracurricular activities
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance grades and other relevant information
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Theology
- Strong knowledge of Catholic theology and teachings
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to student success
- Background check fingerprints and Protecting Gods Children course
