As we continue to grow we are looking for a Head of Engineering to lead our engineering teams and help shape the future of our platform and products.

Your Role

As our Head of Engineering you will be responsible for leading multiple teams across various disciplines including frontend backend mobile QA and infrastructure. You will support the development and of our technical vision working closely with the CTO Product Management and the CEO. Your leadership will ensure the delivery of highquality software foster team collaboration and drive continuous improvement across engineering practices.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who is also handson when needed. Someone who can build coach and scale highperforming teams while owning the delivery of complex projects and driving innovation across the organization.

What Youll Do

• Lead and mentor multiple engineering teams 25 teams 15 direct reports)

• Take ownership of the entire software development lifecycle: planning development testing deployment and monitoring

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and the CTO to define drive and prioritize the engineering roadmap

• Oversee system architecture decisions and technical design reviews

• Implement and advocate best practices in agile development security and DevOps

• Improve team collaboration communication and accountability

• Hire onboard evaluate and develop engineers to grow our team and culture

• Represent the engineering department in leadership meetings and companywide initiatives

• Identify and address inefficiencies across the companys engineering operations

What Were Looking For

MustHaves

• Based in Berlin or willing to relocate

• Proven experience leading multiple engineering teams in a SaaS or cloudnative environment

• Strong technical background in at least one area (e.g. backend frontend mobile data infrastructure)

• Deep understanding of agile software development CI/CD and DevOps culture

• Experience in scaling teams mentoring engineers and conducting performance reviews

• Strategic thinker with strong skills and a handson mindset

• Excellent communication and leadership skills

NicetoHaves

• Experience with modern cloud platforms (Azure AWS or GCP)

• Familiarity with our tech stack (e.g. Docker Kubernetes GitLab Terraform)

• Understanding of security best practices

• Previous experience in printing or enterprise software domains
