Job Description

Why Ballys
Ballys Corporation is a global casinoentertainment company with a growing omnichannel presence currently owning and managing 15 casinos across 10 states a golf course in New York a horse racetrack in Colorado and having access to OSB licenses in 18 states. The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle UK further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. It also owns Ballys Interactive International formerly Gamesys Group a leading global interactive gaming operator Bally Bet a firstinclass sports betting platform and Bally Casino a growing iCasino platform.
With 10600 employees the Companys casino operations include approximately 15300 slot machines 580 table games and 3800 hotel rooms. Ballys also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana.
Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. (Queen) the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states one of which will be an additional state that expands Ballys jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees and operations that currently include approximately 2400 slot machines 50 table games and 150 hotel rooms to the Ballys portfolio. Ballys will also become the successor of Queens significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A. (ATSE: INLOT).

The Role:

Oversees staff in the development of players for repeat business.

Responsibilities:

  • Responds to and consistently meets the needs of internal clients.
  • Supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions.
  • Identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve product or service.
  • Delivers assignments/projects on time and completes all aspects before delivering to internal clients.
  • Clearly communicates programs/services to necessary people seeks their support and keeps them informed of changes that may impact the business.
  • Keeps track of existing products/services and/or progress on new initiatives.
  • Prepares project plans that aid in moving project forward.
  • Stays up to date with the latest developments in the profession. Develops skills to handle increasingly complex matters.
  • Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment policies procedures industry regulations department goals and business strategy.
  • Politely gives consistent timely and accurate information and finds answer when unsure.
  • Consistently demonstrates superior customer service skills and acts as a positive role model for all internal and external guests.
  • Responsible for hosting VIP casino customers both on and off property as appropriate.
  • Makes recommendations for the development and implementation of marketing and promotional programs designed to attract new market segments.
  • Ensures internal and external communication is achieved resulting in maximum participation at all major special events.
  • Must have proven ability to develop and maintain customer base of high end and midlevel players.
  • Assists with the recruitment and training of new sales and national marketing staff.
  • Works independently to identify and develop new markets.
  • Communicates with management to ensure effective flow of information where appropriate.
  • Responsible for meeting assigned goals and objectives.
  • Responsible for compliance with New Jersey State regulations.
  • Position is designated as Atlantic City Operations for crossproperty marketing purposes.

Other duties as assigned.
