Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join the CoActivate teamwho has a professional manner and excellent people skills to fill the role of a Junior Trainer. The successful candidate should have a sound knowledge of all communications terminology technology and organizational procedures.
Purpose of the role:
- To conduct training for all new and existing consultants
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
Qualifications/experience:
- Grade 12
- Relevant training / facilitation qualifications
- 1 2 years of experience in handson Training delivery in a Call Centre
- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in process / soft skills / upskilling training
- Ability to operate under pressure
- Must be punctual and have good attendance
- Must be well disciplined and have a positive attitude
The successful incumbent will be expected to perform duties which will include:
- Classroom instruction
- On the job training and coaching
- Administration
- Reporting
