What would you do as a Technical Engineer
Reporting to the Technical Manager the primary objectives of this position are to:
- Provide onsite and telephone technical support service for all internal and external customers on all Mila products.
- Satisfying customer technical enquiries and resolving practical issues on site as necessary in a proactive manner.
- Working with other members of the Technical / PD and Test Centre teams to develop and maintain comprehensive library of technical services.
- Help develop technical guides and instructions to support Milas range of products.
- Provide efficient technical support and advice to customers on all aspects of door and window testing.
- Support the Mila Sales managers with the introduction new products into customers.

We are looking for someone who:
- Has a technical background and is able to display practical technical skills.
- Can demonstrate the ability to use of hand and power tools proficiently.
- Has good and up to date knowledge of Industry standards.
- Is able to command respect from internal and external colleagues.
- Is an organised and logical thinker.
- Is determined enthusiastic and can radiate energy and drive.
- Has good communication skills.
- Is flexible and able to work away from home when required.
- Holds a full valid Driving Licence.
