TEACHER VACANCY
Catholic Independent Schools requires a
.50 FTE Support Teacher for Primary Literacy & Numeracy
at St. Josephs K7 School in Smithers BC
This is a .50 FTE teacher position beginning September 1 2025.
Applicants must hold or be eligible for a British Columbia Teaching Certificate. Applicants should have experience with Primary grades. This support position will focus on Literacy & Numeracy UFLI experience is an asset. Successful candidates must be current in teaching practices and understand the BC Curriculum: e.g. Learning Standards Assessment for Learning (AFL) practice and core competencies. A commitment to Catholic values and lifestyle is essential.
Applicants from outside Canada must already have Immigration Visa requirements in place to work in Canada.
