Job Title: Camp PrepCook

Benefits: Standard; PartTime Temporary Exempt employees are eligible for but not limited to the following:
Sick leave benefit 1 day per month 12 sick days per year (accrual and availability begins at hire; sick time accrual isprorated for parttime hours.
Function: Ensure all aspects of food service comply with guest needs Salvation Army policy state and local laws. Supervise and schedule kitchen staff cooking and cleanliness. Placing of all orders necessary to Food Service representatives. Ensure dining and kitchen areas are prepared for incoming guest and cleaned promptly after each meal conforming to maximum sanitary and safety standards. Responsible for overall appearance of kitchen dining room and kitchen personnel. Responsible for a clean safe and properly supplied kitchen dining room and storage areas. Work as needed in other departments may include snow removal carpentry painting maintenance & guest services.
