Navitaire offers customers industryleading IT solutions in support of their hosted Cloud platforms. This is a hybrid position and would require you to be in the local office 23 days a week.
The Delivery Project Manager is responsible for developing and executing activities related to endtoend program/project management including project plans and estimates scoping and requirements through implementation and deployment. They proactively monitor manage and report on of deliverables through all program/project phases while interacting with the customer and setting reasonable expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
Lead and manage internal multidisciplinary project teams and coordinate with customer resources for the of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered ontime within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress
Successfully manage the relationship with the customer and all stakeholders
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Perform risk management to minimize project risks
Report and escalate to management as needed
Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
Manage changes to the project scope project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Education:
Bachelors degree in a business or technical discipline or equivalent experience
PMP Certification preferred
Relevant Work Experience:
Minimum of 2 years Project Management experience working directly with external customers
Proven ability to manage a matrix team to meet/exceed project expectations and deliverables
Understand how active projects fit within larger customer programs and their potential impact on each other
Demonstrate ability to handle and manage project ambiguity with external dependencies
Understand current technical aspects and ongoing product transformation and the impact on customers project timelines and risks
Demonstrate advanced problemsolving skills
Preferred Skills:
MS Office Suite including MS Project
Strong written and oral communication skills
