Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Product Specialist to join our growing dynamic and successful sales team at our dealership located in Asheville North Carolina. As a Product Specialist your primary responsibility is to followup sales leads through outreach and relationshipbuilding efforts. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure a seamless transition of leads through the sales funnel helping to drive revenue and expand our client base.
Full time MondayFriday 40 hour work week. Salary plus bonus
Pay Range: $45000$50000/year

- Proactively follow up on all sales leads daily through the dealerships CRM ensuring no opportunity is missed.
- Communicate with clients via phone text and email to understand their needs answer questions and set clear expectations.
- Share initial product information and connect clients with the right dealership team members or resources.
- Reach out to showroom visitors who did not purchase providing continued support and followup.
- Collaborate with the Sales Management team to gather and share key information requested by clients.
- Create and send personalized product walkaround videos to clients upon request.
- Fully trained in product features and benefits
- Ability to assist customers with a full product presentation
Qualifications:
- Strong work ethic and high energy throughout the day
- Positive growthminded attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with great attention to detail
- Selfmotivated and able to stay on task with minimal supervision
- Active listening skills and the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
