Join INTRALOT as a Contracting Specialist!
Your Role:
As a Contracting Specialist at INTRALOT you will play a crucial role in managing and drafting a wide variety of commercial contracts reviewing customer and thirdparty terms and providing support in the bidding process. Youll work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and compliance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Drafting customer and intragroup contracts covering various transactions.
Supporting the bidding process by reviewing contracts responding to requirements and suggesting terms.
Maintaining organized contract documentation and system records ensuring everything is uptodate.
Providing advisory on negotiations disputes claims and other contractual matters.
Preparing internal memorandums and reports for contract approvals.
Monitoring contractual KPIs including billing milestones and obligations and providing proactive advice.
Building strong trustbased relationships with internal teams and Intralot subsidiaries.
Job requirements
University degree in Business IT or related field. A Masters degree or professional qualifications are a plus.
3 years of experience in Contract Management or similar roles with proven contracting expertise.
Solid knowledge of legal terminology contractual writing and attention to detail.
Familiarity with corporate business practices commercial contracting regulations and risk analysis.
Proficiency in both Greek and English (written and spoken).
Strong skills in Word and Excel.
Business acumen a positive approach and excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
A collaborative team player with the ability to influence crossfunctional teams
