Responsibilities
- Comply with all cGMPs and related SOPs
- Accurately enter batch information on Machine Working Chart.
- Follow coating formulas to weigh and prepare coating solutions.
- Set coating pan controls as per coating formula.
- Follow instructions on coating formula to process the coating of the tablets.
- Fill out the coating formula as performed.
Qualifications
- No experience is required.
- This employee will be trained in the operation and responsibilities of coating tablets.
- Employee must be able to lift 60 lbs and execute a coating formula per instructions following training.
- Employee will spend a minimum of four weeks training with qualified coating pan operator.
