HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician:
A familyowned and operated HVAC company in Raleigh is seeking a reliable HVAC Technician to perform routine preventative maintenance on commercial heating ventilation and air conditioning systems. This role ensures optimal system performance reduces downtime and extends equipment life for our commercial clients throughout the Raleigh area.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on a variety of commercial HVAC systems including RTUs split systems heat pumps and package units.
Inspect and clean components such as coils fans belts filters and condensate drains to ensure efficient system operation.
Identify and report potential mechanical or safety issues during inspections recommending proactive solutions to avoid system failures.
Complete maintenance documentation and service reports accurately and in a timely manner.
Maintain a professional appearance and deliver excellent customer service on job sites.
Ensure compliance with all company safety procedures and industry regulations.
Maintain tools equipment and company vehicle in clean and operational condition.
HVAC Preventative Maintenance Technician Requirements:
4 years of commercial or residential HVAC experience with a strong desire to move to commercial
EPA 608 Certification
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
