Guild is hiring a fixedterm Principal Employer Partner Services to provide parental leave coverage for 10 months. As a Principal Employer Partner Services you are the backbone of account strategy and decisionmaking. You are the senior owner across a large group of accounts. Youre able to move between account strategy and operations/. This role is primarily responsible for managing Account Director(s) representing the Employer Partner Services team in cross functional workstreams supporting the development of team members elevating Employer Partner/industrywide insights to leadership to inform Guild internal teams and efforts that advance the function.

This role offers a competitive total compensation package including a base salary of $185000 $200000. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience competencies and internal equity.
