Nursery Practitioner (Level 3
Salary: Up to 29000 FullTime 40 hours/week)
Our client is seeking a passionate and nurturing Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their closeknit team in a warm welcoming setting that feels like a second home. What Were Looking For:
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (or equivalent) is essential
- Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
- A strong understanding of child development and the EYFS
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive caring attitude
- A team player who values diversity inclusion and childcentred practice
- A commitment to safeguarding and continuous professional growth

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide highquality care and learning opportunities for children aged 05
- Plan implement and evaluate stimulating activities that support each childs development
- Foster positive relationships with children families and colleagues
- Promote an inclusive safe and happy environment for all
- Maintain accurate observations records and reports in line with the EYFS
- Work collaboratively with the team and contribute to a positive supportive workplace culture
