About the role:
As a Digital Experience Specialist you will play a key role in shaping managing and enhancing BYD Europes digital presence across multiple platforms. You will work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams to deliver engaging digital experiences that align with our brand increase customer satisfaction and drive business growth.
Key Objectives & Responsibilities:
Design and implement strategies to optimize the digital user experience across websites apps and other digital platforms.
Analyze user behavior and feedback to identify areas for improvement and develop innovative solutions.
Manage and coordinate digital projects ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Collaborate with marketing sales and IT teams to integrate digital experiences into broader campaigns and initiatives.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital campaigns and make datadriven recommendations.
Stay updated on industry trends tools and best practices to keep BYD Europe at the forefront of digital innovation.
Required skills qualifications and experience:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Digital Media UX/UI Design or a related field.
Proven experience in digital marketing user experience (UX) design or a similar role.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics CMS platforms and Adobe Creative Suite.
Excellent communication and project management skills.
A creative mindset and a passion for enhancing customer engagement through digital channels.
