Leading company dedicated to the commercialization of voice data video and contact center infrastructure solutions requires professional with a degree in Education Business Industrial Engineering Logistics or related with more than 3 years of experience in curriculum development training or technical writing preferably within the freight forwarding or logistics industry process improvement training.
Knowledge in:
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Proficiency in elearning development tools (e.g. Articulate Captivate) and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- C1 Language Proficiency in English
- Ability to travel to the US if needed
Main functions:
- Curriculum Development:
- Design and develop training programs for various roles within the organization ensuring alignment with industry standards and company/client objectives.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to create engaging and effective learning materials including elearning modules instructorled training sessions and job aids.
- Evaluate and update existing curricula based on feedback performance metrics and regulatory changes.
- Knowledge Base Development:
- Establish and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base that serves as a resource for employees providing easy access to training materials best practices and operational procedures.
- Regularly update knowledge base content to reflect changes in processes technologies and industry regulations.
- Training Delivery:
- Facilitate training sessions workshops and seminars to deliver curriculum materials to employees effectively.
- Assess training effectiveness through feedback and performance assessments making necessary adjustments to improve learning outcomes.
- Process Flows:
- Analyze and document current workflows and processes within the organization identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop clear and concise process flow diagrams and standard operating procedures (SOPs) that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
- Technical Documentation:
- Create and maintain technical documentation including user manuals for tools and process documentation that support operational functions.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate uptodate and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Analyze the results of training quality indicators and implement improvement actions in the training process to enhance the performance of new agents in operations.
- According to quality and performance results in operations design develop and implement training tools to reinforce areas with improvement opportunities.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with crossfunctional teams including operations compliance and IT to ensure training materials are relevant and uptodate.
- Participate in project teams to support the implementation of new systems or processes.
