Please note that this position is 100 commissionbased including highly competitive OTE compensation structures $3k$12k / month)

Tasks

As an SDR at NorthScale your primary responsibility is to generate qualified leads and close initial sales opportunities through LinkedIn outreach and strategic email campaigns. All systems CRM campaign sequences templates and messaging frameworks will be provided to you allowing you to focus on executing and optimizing outreach with precision.

You will not be responsible for setting up systems your zone of genius is executing outreach relationshipbuilding and dealclosing.

1. Lead Generation & Pipeline Building

  • Execute daily outreach activities via LinkedIn and email using provided tools and CRM systems.
  • Identify research and qualify highvalue leads based on ideal customer profiles.
  • Personalize and adapt messaging for different industries and prospect types while staying within brand frameworks.
  • Track and document all interactions followups and lead statuses inside the CRM accurately and consistently.

2. Closing New Opportunities

  • Engage prospects nurture conversations and guide them through the early stages of the sales process.
  • Conduct discovery calls or book qualified meetings for the senior sales team (or close deals directly depending on campaign).
  • Handle objections present value propositions and drive prospects to clear next steps.
  • Follow a proven outreachtoclose framework adapting as needed for different industries and client segments.

3. Aligning with Strategy & Maintaining Excellence

  • Participate in weekly business development meetings to review goals messaging updates and campaign priorities.
  • Collaborate with the strategy team to refine targeting and messaging based on market feedback.
  • Maintain a proactive mindset to suggest improvements to sequences messaging or processes.
  • Stay updated on LinkedIn and email marketing best practices to keep your outreach cuttingedge.

Requirements

  • 2 years minimum of experience in sales development lead generation or outbound sales (preferably in B2B agency or premium service environments)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation and closing targets
  • Strong understanding of LinkedIn and email outreach strategies
  • Comfortable using CRM systems email automation tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Resultsdriven with a strong focus on daily weekly and monthly performance metrics
  • Ability to work and thrive under pressure maintaining high energy and positivity
  • Open and flexible schedule to accommodate outreach timings across different time zones
  • Strong written English skills for crafting clear professional messages and responses
  • Selfmotivated highly organized and capable of managing multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Quick learner who can absorb brand positioning service offerings and market dynamics
  • Bonus: Experience running outbound campaigns for marketing branding or consulting agencies
