Your main tasks

  • Identification and acquisition of new customers: Proactive acquisition of new customers to expand the customer portfolio and promote OPEN MINDs business growth.
  • Customer consulting and sales of CAD/CAM products: Competent advice for customers and interested parties regarding our CAD/CAM products. Development of customized solution concepts and offers to meet individual customer requirements. Identify needs and requirements by establishing personal rapport with potential and existing customers.
  • Conducting product presentations with design parts: Leading product presentations to illustrate the application areas of our CAD/CAM products. Creation of detailed design parts to demonstrate the performance of our solutions in a practical way.
  • Representation of OPEN MIND at trade fairs and events: Establishing new contacts maintaining existing relationships and increasing the visibility and success of our company through an active presence at trade fairs and events.
  • Document and update customer or prospect records based on interactions in needs of reporting and CRM System.

Your profile

  • Experience: You have at least 3 years successful experience in technical sales or customer management in the field of software solutions or technical products.
  • Technical knowledge: A basic understanding of the software industry (CAD/CAM) technical processes and manufacturing technologies.
  • Computer skills: Excellent MS Office skills and familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Communication skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain customer relationships and communicate complex technical concepts in an understandable way.
  • Negotiation skills: You are recognized for your strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate and establish contracts.
  • Strong team spirit: Work well with other departments and teams to effectively meet customer requirements.
  • Goaloriented mindset: Beyond your experience it is above all your hunter sales temperament your tenacity autonomy and dynamic proactive and selfsufficient attitude that will enable you to succeed in this position.
  • Driving license: TW driving license and flexibility to travel within Taiwan.
  • Location: Taiwan
  • Language skills: Mandarin mother tongue and English B2 fluent.
