*About The Role **
We are growing and launching bootcamps in various domains. You will play the role of Sales Lead for multiple bootcamps essentially owning the following:
- Ensuring that all business development activities are coordinated and executed in a timely manner
- Documenting the sales process and closing
- Providing sales staff with constructive feedback and assisting staff to solve customers problems more efficiently
- Maintaining positive customer relations.
- Motivating the sales staff and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the staff.
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans
- Growing existing accounts
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Required skills and qualifications:
- Proven analytical abilities
- Experience in generating process documentation and reports
- Excellent communication skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
