Job Title: Partnership and Resource Mobilization Manager
Location: Nairobi
Reports to: Executive Director
Terms: 2year renewable contract 45 hours/week
Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a proactive Partnership and Resource Mobilization Manager to lead the development and implementation of local and international fundraising initiatives. The role focuses on building strategic partnerships with government church corporate NGOs and individual philanthropists to support the organizations growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a 5year local fundraising and partnership plan.
Set annual fundraising targets budgets and track monthly progress.
Build and maintain strong relationships with national and county governments churches international agencies foundations and individual donors.
Organize fundraising campaigns events and partnership engagements.
Prepare proposals marketing materials and maintain a database of partners and donors.
Provide regular progress updates and monthly reports.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business or a related field.
Membership in a professional marketing or resource mobilization association.
4 5 years of relevant experience in fundraising marketing or partnership development.
Strong skills in report writing CRM databases marketing automation tools and communication.
Skills and Attributes:
Strong leadership communication and time management skills.
Passion for working with Persons Living with Disabilities.
Ability to work independently travel as needed and foster teamwork and collaboration.
