Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the complete Maruti Suzuki RFQ process including Actualization ECN Settlement and progress till the LOI stage.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships acting as the primary point of contact for Maruti.
- Independently handle all communication negotiations and coordination with Maruti.
- Interpret and understand technical drawings to effectively support the RFQ and project management processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (engineering production quality) to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer requirements.
- Manage pricing costing and commercial discussions based on detailed technical and commercial understanding.
- Proactively identify new business opportunities and work towards customer satisfaction and business growth.
