As a Finance Broker at Liviti you ll be the specialist who translates property portfolio plans into tailored lending strategies. Working alongside our Sales and Customer Success teams you ll source negotiate and lodge finance applications ensuring members access competitive rates efficient approvals and seamless settlements.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct oneonone and Zoom consultations to assess members borrowing capacity goals and risk profiles
Research and recommend suitable lenders and loan products
Prepare and submit compliant loan applications liaising with banks aggregators and solicitors to drive timely approvals
Manage the endtoend finance process: credit assessment valuation instructions preapproval firm approval and settlement
Keep members informed at every stage proactively resolving queries and ensuring a hightouch experience
Maintain accurate records in our CRM track application pipelines and follow up on outstanding documentation
Cultivate relationships with lender BDMs aggregators and other finance partners to expand product access
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Finance Broker or Mortgage Specialist ideally focused on property investment lending
Deep understanding of lender policies serviceability calculators and debttoincome ratios
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of achieving competitive lending outcomes
Exceptional verbal and written communication able to simplify complex finance concepts for clients
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines simultaneously
Techsavvy: proficient with CRM platforms
Marketleading commission on settled loans
Daily stream of qualified finance leads focus on advisory not prospecting
Fasttrack progression into senior broking or leadership roles for high performers
Direct mentorship from Liviti s senior investment and finance specialists
Collaborative customercentric culture with social events and ongoing training
Settlements: Minimum of 4 funded loans per month
Pipeline Management: 100 CRM application tracking and followup within 24 hours
Approval Rate: Maintain 85 conditional approval to settlement ratio
