Job Description
As a Citrix Administrator (English & French Speaking) you will manage maintain and optimize Citrix environments to ensure toptier performance security and user experience while collaborating with global IT teams.
Shift: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM EST
Work setup: Work from Home
- Install configure and maintain Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix Cloud and NetScaler (ADC).
- Monitor system performance security and availability ensuring a stable and scalable environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Citrixrelated issues including user access performance degradation and connectivity.
- Implement and maintain Citrix policies profiles and group policies to optimize user experience.
- Manage Citrix license compliance and perform capacity planning.
- Perform updates patches and upgrades to ensure security and stability.
- Integrate Citrix solutions with existing IT infrastructure and applications.
- Provide technical support and training to endusers and IT staff.
- Develop and maintain documentation for configurations processes and troubleshooting procedures.
- Participate in disaster recovery planning and business continuity initiatives.
Requirements
The Qualifications We Seek
- 3 years of experience as a NetScaler Administrator or Citrix Administrator.
- Strong knowledge of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops Citrix Cloud and NetScaler (ADC).
- Proficiency in Windows Server administration Active Directory and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or HyperV.
- Understanding of networking concepts including load balancing firewalls and VPNs.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting for automation is a plus.
- Citrix certifications (CCA CCP or CCE) are highly desirable.
- Strong troubleshooting and problemsolving abilities.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
