This is a remote position.

Schedule:
  • 40 hours per week
  • Thursday Friday Saturday Sunday Monday: 8am to 4pm Tampa FL
  • Includes 30 minutes paid break
  • Client Time Zone: Eastern Time (Florida)

Job Description:

Embark on an exciting career in the dynamic world of vacation rentals as a Customer Service Representative for our expanding Floridabased property management company. In this role you ll be the friendly voice and helpful presence behind our brand ensuring smooth operations across our diverse portfolio of vacation properties. You ll manage guest relations handle bookings and maintain our high standards of customer satisfaction across multiple booking platforms. This position offers the perfect blend of hospitality industry excitement and the flexibility of remote work allowing you to be part of creating unforgettable vacation experiences for travelers while working from the comfort of your own home.


Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries providing prompt and professional responses across multiple communication channels
  • Manage bookings and reservations efficiently on platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO ensuring accuracy and maximizing occupancy rates
  • Handle customer service issues with grace and efficiency turning potential challenges into opportunities for guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate seamlessly with our onsite property management team to swiftly resolve any propertyrelated issues
  • Maintain meticulous reservation records and guest information ensuring data accuracy and privacy
  • Become an expert on our properties and local attractions providing guests with valuable information to enhance their stay
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell services and improve guest experiences
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and standards




Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a warm and professional demeanor
  • Previous experience in customer service preferably in hospitality property management or a related field
  • Demonstrated proficiency in using vacation rental platforms such as Airbnb and VRBO
  • Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Exceptional multitasking abilities to manage multiple properties and guest inquiries simultaneously
  • Flexibility to work evening hours (Eastern Time) and potentially extended hours as needed
  • Techsavvy with the ability to quickly learn new software and booking systems
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to creating outstanding guest experiences
  • Reliable home office setup with a strong internet connection
  • Ability to maintain composure and deliver highquality service during peak seasons and highstress situations
