Our client a fastgrowing firm specialized in the hospitality industry is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm.
1. Operation 70
Supervise the daily operations of the F&B outlets thoroughly reviewing daily activities and notifying relevant departments of any necessary adjustments.
Collaborate with the Executive Chef to develop menus beverage and wine lists ensuring pricing strategies align with the companys profit objectives.
Maintain close coordination with the Executive Chef and kitchen staff providing daily updates to ensure seamless communication between the kitchen and frontofhouse operations.
Keep accurate records of special events guest counts table occupancy and daily revenue reports.
Implement F&B policies and procedures ensuring compliance with company standards on product and service quality subject to management approval.
Deliver premium guest experiences and consistently uphold exceptional service standards.
Ensure effective communication across all departments.
Respond promptly to guest complaints and recommend corrective measures to senior management.
Personally welcome VIP guests suggest suitable menus and services and ensure their satisfaction with all aspects of their experience.
Foster strong relationships with VIP clients to encourage loyalty and repeat visits maintaining regular direct communication and personalized service.
Motivate team members to optimize sales and revenue performance.
Provide regular feedback to staff conduct performance evaluations and enforce disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
Promote continuous professional development and implement ongoing training programs for service culinary and bar teams.
Participate in recruitment processes as well as training coaching and developing a highperforming cohesive team that consistently achieves operational excellence.
Organize and allocate staffing responsibilities before all events.
Lead weekly F&B meetings to review financial performance discuss business strategies operational updates and new policies.
Plan and execute operational procedures for special events and banquet services.
2. Business Development 20
Develop and recommend the annual Sales & Marketing strategy aimed at attracting new clientele retaining existing customers and driving profit growth.
Oversee the restaurants marketing initiatives actively participating in the planning and of promotional campaigns and brandwide marketing activities.
Monitor competitor activities and industry trends collaborating with the Executive Chef to review and approve menu designs and concepts.
Lead efforts to establish an external catering service project in collaboration with the management team.
Meet with clients alongside the Sales team to provide consultations on F&B services.
Act as the primary liaison for all partners suppliers and clients ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
Build and nurture longterm relationships while actively expanding the network within the F&B industry.
3. Other tasks 10
Manage and maintain the Master Wine List ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Supervise inventory levels and conduct monthly stock control to maintain optimal supply.
Develop the departmental operating budget; upon approval monitor performance and implement corrective measures to achieve budgetary goals and maximize departmental profitability.
Drive sales growth while minimizing costs with a focus on F&B expenditures.
Execute additional tasks as assigned by the DGM/GM.
Participate in other projects and initiatives as designated by the Management Board.
Bachelor s degree in hotel/restaurant management tourism hospitality or relevant fields.
Previous experience as a F&B Manager or Assistant/ Supervisor in finedining restaurants or luxury hotels
Experience in upselling with a proven track record
Proficient in MS Word Excel and other software (ERP BI Google...
Good command of English both written and verbal. Fluency in French would be beneficial.
Professional presence with excellent communication skills
Selfdiscipline able to coordinate multiple tasks
Leadership ability problem solving and training skills
