As we embark on a significant growth journey we are looking for a visionary Director of HR to build our HR organization from the ground up driving talent acquisition culture processes and strategic workforce planning.
This is a foundational leadership role critical to setting up a worldclass scalable organization.
Build the full HR framework (policies practices and processes) tailored to the needs of a fastgrowing IT company.
Partner with leadership to define the companys structure HR roadmap and peoplefirst culture.
Establish HR operations including onboarding performance management compensation planning benefits administration and compliance.
Lead hiring across technology business operations and leadership roles for India and potential international operations (US).
Develop campus recruitment programs lateral hiring pipelines and leadership talent mapping.
Build Ajmera Infotech s employer brand as a destination for top IT talent.
Implement structured OKRs KRAs and continuous feedback mechanisms.
Design learning and development programs to support employee growth in technical and managerial capabilities.
Shape a strong transparent inclusive and highperformance culture.
Design and drive initiatives around employee satisfaction rewards and recognition and leadership development.
Develop competitive compensation structures aligned with the market and future expansion plans.
Ensure full compliance with labor laws international hiring norms (where applicable) and HR policies.
Manage HR audits grievance redressal and risk mitigation initiatives.
Master s degree in Human Resources Business Management or related fields.
10 years of progressive HR leadership experience preferably in IT Services/Product organizations.
Strong experience in building HR functions from scratch or scaling startups/midsize IT companies.
Familiarity with Indian labor laws; exposure to US/Canada labor practices is a plus.
Proven ability to partner with leadership on organization building and strategic hiring.
Experience implementing HRMS systems is an advantage.
Strong leadership communication and stakeholder management skills.
Entrepreneurial spirit with a handson approach.
Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.

Strong networking skills across the tech/IT community.
