Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for managing project intake and across concurrent streams.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope requirements and objectives.
Lead financial and resource planning including budgeting and estimations.
Manage project tracking and documentation using Jira Confluence and dashboards.
Present regular status updates reports and risk assessments to senior leadership.
Drive alignment between business units (line of business) and technology teams.
Anticipate identify and mitigate risks or blockers to ensure timely delivery.
Ensure delivery of both software development and infrastructure initiatives.
Support and improve Agile delivery processes and rituals (Scrum Kanban etc..

Methodologies: Agile (Scrum Kanban) SDLC
Domains: Banking Financial Services Line of Business Operations

Skills and Qualifications
10 years of overall experience including 5 years in Technical Project Management roles.
Proven success leading software and infrastructure projects with multiple concurrent workstreams.
Strong knowledge of banking or financial services environments.
Experience managing project budgets forecasts and resource planning.
Proficiency in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills to juggle competing priorities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a track record of stakeholder engagement.
Foundational understanding of software development and IT infrastructure.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working across business and technical teams in regulated environments.
Familiarity with tech stacks relevant to financial systems or enterprise platforms.
PMP CSM or similar certifications are an asset.
