This newly developed role puts you at the heart of planning and coordinating exciting incursions and excursions to deliver highquality profitable programs aligned with Junior Adventures Groups strategy.
As the states subject matter expert (SME) in supplier coordination youll manage the entire planning cycle ensuring seamless .

- Create & Deliver Unforgettable Experiences Design innovative programs that keep kids engaged excited and eager to return.
- Drive Growth & Fun Develop and execute dynamic program roadmaps that fuel both adventure and success.
- Bring Bold Ideas to Life Partner with operations marketing and finance to turn big ideas into impactful mustattend experiences.
- Level Up with Data & Feedback Continuously analyze refine and enhance programs for maximum fun and engagement.
- Align with National Events & Excursions Ensure seamless integration of incursions excursions and special events into our programs.
- Prioritize Safety & Wow Factor Build experiences that are not only riskproof but also unforgettable.
- Innovate Smartly Find clever ways to expand optimize and save costs while keeping quality at its peak.
- Supercharge Holiday HQ Review refine and evolve our flagship product every quarter to ensure it remains toptier profitable and aligned with JAGs strategy.
