Senior Application Expert - SAP

WHAT YOULL DO

As a Software Engineer for SAP Outbound B2B at H&M Group you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the application endtoend including initiating designing creating functional requirements testing and configuring solutions within SAP.

Analyze business requirements propose highlevel solutions write functional specifications configure SAP systems test deploy and support SAP Outbound B2B flows.

Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams identifying gaps proposing workaround solutions and optimizing existing SAP OrdertoCash (OTC) solutions for performance and efficiency.

Manage full software implementation lifecycle from configuration test planning and to deployment and postgolive support.

Own and resolve complex issues related to SAP Outbound B2B collaborate with Application Management (AM) teams and contribute to business process optimization initiatives.

Mentor and guide junior team members ensuring knowledge sharing and continuous team development.
 

WHO YOULL WORK WITH

You will be part of a highly competent global team working on H&M Groups advanced SAP platform collaborating closely with Business Analysts Product Managers Architects and external partners.

You will work within the SAP Outbound B2B team an enabling team crucial to H&M Groups Supply Chain and Logistics operations delivering solutions for the outbound movement of goods and services in B2B flows
 

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with

810 years of experience in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP MM especially around Stock Transport Orders (STO) having participated in at least 3 endtoend implementations and 2 support projects.

Strong experience with SAP ECC integration to SAP EWM and 3PL WMS systems WarehousetoStore and WarehousetoWarehouse inventory movements and wholesale business processes.

Expertise in SAP SD configuration SAP SDMM and SDFI integrations requirement/gap analysis writing functional specifications RICEFW objects (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions Forms Workflows) APIs BAPIs BADIs and custom solution design.

Good handson experience in etransport solutions SAP Retail processes Agile working methodologies and integration with external systems.
